SalaryMy Leyland based client, a highly successful service company with a family run feel, are looking for a self starting, dedicated Data Coordinator / Entry Clerk to assist their busy but friendly team on an immediate basis.
The purpose of the role will be to collate information and data from various sites /database to create a job pack.
The busy role will involve but not be limited to;
* Locating job sites on various online systems and recording the data
* Compiling packs
* Chasing outstanding information
* Adhering to a an audit trail in line with company standards
* Working to deadline
The ideal candidate will have the following skills;
* Excellent IT skills - be comfortable working with several packages on various screens at one time
* Excellent attention to detail
* Fast learner
* Ability to work to deadlines
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
