Job Title: Data Entry AdministratorLocation: Sittingbourne ME9 - office basedContract Type: Temp for minimum 3 monthsWeekly Hours: full time 36 hours per weekStart Date: January 2024Job purposeTo provide administrative services, the role will principally be supporting with Data Entry of invoices to a CRM system, for the purchase ledger team.

Knowledge and Requirements

• Computer skills - competent in Excel/Word/Outlook. Has experience of Data entry or similar activity. Knowledge or experience of invoice processing desirable but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of standard functions (e.g. purchasing, responsible communications, customer service etc).
