Data Imports Executive

I am excited to be working with a fantastic youth charity in search of a part-time (2-day week to include Wednesday’s) Data Imports Executive for 3-months. As Data Imports Executive you will support the processing of imports from the charity website and thirds party sites into the CRM (CARE).

What you’ll be doing:

•             Downloading and collecting data reports from relevant systems

•             Generating data checks to ensure accuracy of information

•             Importing data onto our CRM (CARE) at least once a week

•             Supporting the data team with automating processes

What you’ll bring to the team:

•             Experience providing support to a busy team

•             Some experience working on a customer database, ideally CARE

•             Excellent attention to detail and data management skills

•             Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative

This role will require a Basic DBS check.
