Data Insights Analyst - £30,000 - Malton (Hybrid)

My client an exciting and growing company based just 10 mins from Malton are looking to add a new Data Insights Analyst to their already successful team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role will give you the chance to help us create, maintain and develop a suite of reporting to analyse our data. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities, refining marketing strategies, and improving operational efficiency.

This position will also operate on a hybrid working model, requiring the successful candidate to work onsite twice per week (Tuesdays ideally + 1 additional day).

Responsibilities:

• Insights & Reports - Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to deliver regular reports and performance metrics to business stakeholders
• Data Analysis & Interpretation - manage large/complex datasets whilst using advanced analytical tools to extract meaningful insights
• Customer feedback enhancement - use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and formulate business, BI, and marketing strategies
• Business Optimisation - develop business data efficiency, internal reporting, KPI reports, Business performance and growth targets, sales, revenue, etc…
• Competitor Analysis - stay up to date with industry trends, competitor prices / methods, customer activity, aids in retention and company growth

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in computer science, data, math's, etc…
• Experience working professionally as an Analyst, utilising tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar
• Power BI reporting
• Predictive modelling
• Excel
