About the Role: The role of the Data Integrity Manager is crucial in the effective management of processes for collecting, organising, analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to derive insights, and support data-driven decision-making across Elizabeth School of London (ESL). The role will the organisation in all matters related to Data Protection. As a Data Integrity Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring effective processes are in place for the timely collection of accurate data that align with ESL’s and external regulatory requirements such as the Office for Students. The Data Integrity Manager will lead a Data Insights Analyst and together they will develop methods for the presentation of data and analytical reports that are suitable for end-users. This includes developing visual tools such as data dashboards to provide business intelligence. The Data Integrity Manager will work with senior stakeholders such as the Provost, Academic Managers, Director of Operations, and the Quality Assurance and Enhancement Manager. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead on the development and documentation of business data requirements through meetings with departments and ESL colleagues. Lead on the collection, integration and maintenance of large complex data sets from multiple sources. Lead on Data Protection across the organisation. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis using statistical methods. Ensure and maintain the accuracy of data held and its compliance with the requirements and definitions of key external stakeholders. Ensure the provision of compelling interactive visualisations and dashboards to present insights that can be clearly communicated to various audiences. Document key processes and ensure their understanding across different teams within ESL, including carrying out training, as required. Ensure effectively communication and collaboration with teams across ESL, e.g. Academic Team, Quality Managers, Registry, Assessments, Retention. About You: Required qualifications, experience and skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or another quantitative field Experience in business intelligence, analytics or related data-oriented role. Experience in leading others in data collection and analysis. Expertise in collecting, mining and analysing large, complex data sets. Experience with visualisation and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Looker. Working knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Keen attention to detail with analytical mindset. Problem-solving mindset with the desire to address challenges and uncover opportunities for improvement. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Desirable qualifications, experience and skills: Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or another quantitative field. Good working knowledge of programming techniques and languages like Python, Scala, Java script etc. Good working knowledge of Cloud data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery.
