Data Interrogation Administrator

Our very well-established client based in Huntingdon is recruiting for a Data Interrogation administrator to join their team. Due to the set 2 x week training schedule, all applicants must be eligible to start 26th February 2024.

Role:

• Reporting to the Data Interrogation Team Leader
• Responsible for the day-to-day investigation of accounts within our void and debt recovery processes.
• Ensuring that accurate data is held, to aid the process of collecting revenue from the correct people.
• Remaining compliant with company procedures and standards, and all regulatory requirements.
• Investigation of data through varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP to reflect these changes.
• using appropriate tools to trace customers and contact methods available to boost contact.
• Using Lean approaches to continually improve and streamline working methods.
• Complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take on accounts based on evidence found.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally, with a good telephone manner
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy
• Full training will be provided on internal systems and processes.
• Good IT skills, particularly excel, with knowledge of SAP and Tallyman preferable.

This is a office based role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
