DATA MANAGERAnnual Salary: FTE £29,777 – £33,945Actual Salary: £27,513 - £31,384Approximate start date: As Soon As Possible Are you a motivated and experienced Data Manager seeking a new opportunity? An exciting position has arisen for an experienced, well organised, meticulous and flexible Data Manager to join our team of friendly Support staff at Queen Elizabeth’s school.The Data Manager will maintain the school’s Management Information System with the postholder having responsibility for:Managing and administering the school’s MIS database (SIMS) including statutory returnsProviding administrative support for the school’s timetableManaging the analysis of data and reportingStudent curriculum managementImplementing changes for new admissions and in year staff timetable changes The successful candidate will work with the SLT member responsible for the school timetable and curriculum.Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has previous experience of SIMS MIS Data System and timetabling using Nova-T software, however Nova-T training can be provided for the right candidate.You will: Have a strong background in data management Have a calm and organised working manner with a willingness to be flexible at certain times of the academic year. Have high levels of IT skillsHave highly effective administration and organisational skillsWorking Hours: 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday to be worked during term time plus two weeks to be worked during the school holidays.Please refer to the attached job description for further details about the role.About Our School Queen Elizabeth’s School, located in Wimborne, is a co-educational, Church of England, Comprehensive Upper School within the Initio Learning Trust.
