My client is in the implementation phases of there transformation project.With a new payroll system, my client needs help with the Data Migration , with exposure to Zellis finance systems.

A breakdown of the responsibilities is below;

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Data Migration requirements and objectives for the payroll system implementation.
2. Analyze existing data structures and ensure compatibility with the Zellis finance system.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive Data Migration plans, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
4. Implement data quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve Data Migration issues promptly, working closely with technical teams and end-users.
6. Collaborate with Zellis finance system experts to ensure seamless integration and optimize data flow.
7. Create and maintain documentation for Data Migration processes, methodologies, and best practices.
8. Provide training and support to end-users as needed during and after the implementation.

Profile

It is Super improtant that you have previously supported various payroll system Data Migration projects. Having an in-depth understanding of the below will be required.

1. Proven experience as a Data Migration Specialist, preferably in the context of payroll system implementations.
2. Expertise in data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
3. Familiarity with Zellis finance system ( THIS IS ESSENTIAL )
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience with relevant tools and technologies in the Data Migration domain.

Job Offer

AN initial 3 x month contract - OUTSIDE IR35 with a day rate between £400 - £450 per day. This role offers a fully remote opportunity. There are core teams days 1 x per month which you will need to attend in London or Birmingham, fully expensesed by the client.
