This is an exciting new Data Operations Administrator job with an option to be home-based but within travelling distance of Bury St Edmunds. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Preparing standard and ad hoc reports
• Data analysis
• Operational administration
• Compliance administration
• Updating databases and files
• Investigating and resolving billing disputes
• Database management

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this Data Operations Administrator job you will require:

• Great IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Great communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders
• An active learner and natural problem solver
• Database and administration experience

What you'll get in return
