We have an exciting opportunity with a well-respected insurance broker based in Kent. This role offers a competitive salary of up to c. GBP33,000 and the chance to work within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
As a Data & Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the usability of data and reports, as well as the effective use of CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and Operations Support, with experience in the financial services or insurance sector being highly desirable.
Key responsibilities will include maintaining and improving data quality, producing accurate and timely reports, and providing operational support to the wider team. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and work closely with stakeholders to drive business performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues and external partners.
