Are you passionate about unleashing the power of data to drive strategic decisions? Join our client as a Data and Analytics Platform Engineering Lead in a dynamic role where you will lead the engineering of cutting-edge cloud-native Data Platforms.

About the Role: As the Lead, you will shape the future of fintech and financial services by providing technical leadership in tools like Snowflake, Azure Fibre, Power BI, and Tableau. Lead diverse teams, optimizing data utilization across BI analysis, data engineering, data science, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics visualizations with top-tier tools.
• Provide expertise in Snowflake, Azure Fibre, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Lead a high-performing data-focused team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee BI Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Governance experts.
• Apply data and analytics across functions like commercial, product, growth, marketing, customer service, operations, risk, and finance.
• Work closely with analytics partners, contributing to marketing attribution and product analytics.
• Be fluent in API/event/micro-service-based back-end architectures on the cloud.
• Drive a culture of hypothesis-based experimentation, focusing on customer experience, revenue growth, and cost savings.
• Demonstrate experience in Agile methodologies for software delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience in data and analytics platform management.
• Proficiency in data warehousing, ETL, and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage data-focused teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
