Data Protection Administrator

An exciting opportunity to join a global fund administration company as a Data Protection Administrator. With Offices across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. You'll collaborate with various departments and receive ample training to enhance your expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the Record of Processing activities globally.
• Formulate client and vendor Data Protection contractual clauses.
• Develop templates, privacy statements, consent forms, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct Legitimate Interest Assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and Transfer Impact Assessments.
• Support privacy by design due diligence for new projects or IT tools.
• Stay informed on global privacy developments.
• Additional responsibilities as delegated by the Global Data Protection Officer.

Ideal Background:

• Some Data Protection experience preferred; recent graduates with relevant courses are welcome.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA); other privacy laws are a plus.
• Proficiency in drafting Data Protection documents.
• Data Privacy certification (e.g., IAPP) is a plus.
