A SNAPSHOT OF THE DATA QUALITY ANALYST'S DAY

• • Manage and maintain in-house database accurately in regards to DATA QUALITY
  • Assist in data validation
  • Spotting errors and rectifying asap
  • Implement checks and validations to ensure that data adheres to predefined standards and meets the required quality criteria.
  • Monitor, through exceptions reports and data cleaning, the accuracy and integrity of data processed on the system.
  • Process supplier contract information and all associated data
  • Proactively identify issues with DATA QUALITY and take steps to fix them.
  • Assist in the construction of packages.
  • Provide support to other operational teams as required.
  • Assist the Purchase Ledger team with any invoice queries.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to departmental processes, aimed at enhancing performance and efficiency.
  • Undertake or be involved in ad-hoc projects as and when required.
