During your apprenticeship your role will be pivotal in maintaining reporting requirements and elevating our analytical capabilities. You'll engage with key stakeholders across the HR function to deliver actionable insights and support their data needs.

Job Description
- Maintain and develop reports in collaboration with the HR Reporting Advisor.
- Respond to daily data, analytics, and reporting requests from stakeholders.
- Enhance dashboards and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency.
- Gain deep understanding of HR systems to optimise reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills, data visualisation proficiency, keen attention to detail for data accuracy.
- Organisational and interpersonal skills, understanding of SQL, experience with large data sets.
- Exposure to working with people data.
Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 5)
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 5)
