Role Overview: Data Scientist
As a Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI products and leading mission-critical projects at an early stage in your career. Your prowess in design, coding, and strategic thinking will be key in addressing complex challenges in the industrial landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, including but not limited to XGBoost, KNN, etc.
- Pioneer deep learning models leveraging Neural Networks, such as Auto Encoders, Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Federated Learning, and more.
- Construct Explainable AI modules to effectively communicate machine learning results to end users.
- Implement optimization algorithms utilizing trained machine learning (surrogate) models.
- Create uncertainty quantification modules to highlight predictive model uncertainties.
- Implement cutting-edge AI algorithms sourced from published scientific documents.
- Produce technical articles and blogs focusing on industrial use cases.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in data science with a background in engineering.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic experience/knowledge in Unix/Linux environments.
- Familiarity with containerized applications, e.g., Docker.
- Basic understanding of GPU-based highly parallel software development.
