What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and implementing Data Security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensuring data quality through validation, cleansing, anonymization, and more.
- Leading the cybersecurity strategy, from control development to incident response.
- Staying ahead of cybersecurity trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Designing a secure IT infrastructure and collaborating across teams for integrated security measures.
- Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Proven track record in Data Security and IT security management.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- CISSP certification or equivalent highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of making complex issues accessible to all
- Experience in managing IT security in a cloud-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
