We have a great opportunity to join our Data Services Team as a Data Services Administrator on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
A key role in the Data Services Team in the delivery of an outstanding customer experience with responsibility to ensure that data held on LTE group systems in relation to students, attendance and courses is timely, accurate, credibility and is consistently of high quality.
As part of a Group Services team deliver an outstanding service to a defined client cluster, for the accurate inputting, updating, and maintaining student and course data, including course file, attendance, student enrolment data and fees. To work as part of a team with Data Service Officers and the Data Services Team Leader to consistently deliver the Team's operational objectives and KPIs for a defined client cluster.
Ensure that the highest data quality standards are achieved by working on data validation and error reports to an agreed schedule.

In order to do this role, you will need:
- English and maths grade A - C GCSE or equivalent
- Evidence of commitment to personal development and continuous improvement
- Experience of working in an office/administration customer service environment and delivering against service standards
- Experience of processing complex data to agreed quality and productivity measures
- A working knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act
