You will be working with and leading a talented team within a well-known organisation that really invests in their people. What you will bring to the role:
- You will have ideally 2 years' experience with CRM System Raisers Edge.
- You will have experience within Data Manipulation in order to get various reports as and when required.
- Ensuring the Data is pulled together and put into a highly presentable manner with background information recorded accurately for Senior Management and Stakeholders.
- Lead the Data Service team and support with the day-to-day planning and organising to ensure high service levels are provided to members of the organisation.
- As and when required, you will oversee and manage complex projects.
- Conduct regular staff review and one to one meeting with individual members of the Services team.
