Shannon Trust Data Support Volunteer

To support this, we are recruiting for a Data Support Volunteer to a variety of data collection and recording tasks. We are seeking a proactive, committed, and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us continue our journey.
Reporting to the Data Support Officer, you will support with tasks such as supporting the data system administration, helping to manage Shannon Trusts databases, supporting the running and oversight of a semi-automatic data system, communicating with other volunteers, Shannon Trust staff members and partner organisation staff regarding the collection of data and data submission and using Salesforce to achieve task completions.
This is a home-based role and we are looking for a volunteer who can commit to 8 – 10 hours per week on a consistent and reliable basis. The individual will ideally have previous data experience or is keen to gain experience in a data environment. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of data collectio, management and presentation. In addition, you will be methodical, have great attention to detail and demonstrate exemplary levels of confidentiality.
