Data Technician Apprentice

Employer description:MyTriathlon launched in 2010 and the team have gained over 10 years' experience in the world of triathlon retail. The primary concern is our customer providing athletes with top-quality gear and exceptional customer service.

Overview:We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. As a Data Technician Apprentice, you'll work closely with our experienced data team to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our data systems.

Duties: Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in data collection, validation, and entry
• Supporting the maintenance and organization of databases
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data issues
• Learning and utilizing data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights
• Participating in the development and implementation of data quality processes

Desirable skills & Personal qualities:

• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
• A keen attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Having a interest or passion for sports or the triathlon industry is a beneficial plus

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
