The Data & AI Academy team is looking for a Data Trainer to help design and deliver their Data Skills for all programme across the business. You’ll work with people across multiple business areas, supporting them to increase their Data Skills and solve real business problems. Uplifting data fluency and equipping our colleagues with Data Skills is a key objective in our Admiral 2.0 Strategy. We’ve got a real focus on multi-modality training so you might be in front of a class running a session, hosting a hands-on workshop, delivering a remote information session or creating on demand courses. What’s for sure is that you’ll develop your skills and build a great network across Admiral whilst helping us with our ambitions to develop data fluent colleagues.

What you will be doing

  • You’ll design and develop Data Skills training programs using various modalities, such as e-learning, instructor-led, blended, etc.
  • Delivering Data Skills training programs to various audiences, with varying levels of prior knowledge.
  • You’ll assess the Data Skills level and needs of the learners and tailor the training content and delivery accordingly.
  • Monitoring and evaluate the Data Skills training programs and measure the learning outcomes and business impact consistently and constantly.
  • Working with the Data & AI Academy team and other stakeholders on how to improve the Data Skills training programs and curriculum.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in Data Skills training and learning.

What you will have

  • Experience in training, or coaching others with a focus on solving business problems.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in data analysis, data visualisation, data literacy, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts in simple and engaging ways.
  • Passion for data and learning, with a learner-centric mindset and a continuous improvement attitude.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
