About the role
Our new Data, Digital and Technology Transformation Team is undertaking an organisational-wide transformation program which will sit at the heart of AIUK's capabilities and operations. The Data Transformation Technical Lead will play a pivotal role within this program, providing the technical expertise to deliver a new CRM system and suite of supporting technologies.

The role may be for you if:
- You're skilled in leading technical aspects of CRM implementation and Data Transformation projects
- You possess strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, suppliers and project partners
- You excel in managing data migration and cleansing processes
- You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture.
- You also have a good knowledge of the date platform technology landscape, relevant legislation and governance standards
