Salary QED Legal is a leading legal recruitment agency.
We are looking for a Database Administrator to help us update and cleanse our client and candidate data.
The Database is built and has over 100,000 people populated onto it. The role will be to systematically work on projects to cross reference the date we hold on our database with Linked IN, The Law Society and a specialist market mapping software that we have, with the aim of updating the data will hold, so it is up to date and to work closely with our recruitment consultants to alert them of changes in status, promotions people have had and so on.
We use a CRM system called Bullhorn which is very intuitive. You should have decent IT skills and know your way around the MS365 suite of apps - word, excel etc and be able to quickly research and then update records accurately.
There will also be the opportunity to work on specific assignments with consultants where they need research, bulk data entry and data organisation as part of them headhunting candidates for specific niche roles.
The role will be based in our lovely city centre offices in either Manchester or Newcastle upon Tyne.
