Database Assistant

Do you have good attention to detail and experience in data processing?  This leading health charity is looking for a Data Assistant to join their busy team. This role will provide donation processing support across the organisation and contribute to tasks across the wider team to ensure an excellent donor engagement experience.
As the Data Assistant, you will manage end-to-end payment processes, including manual data entry, Direct Debit and card payments. Working accurately and efficiently, you will import and transfer data into the CRM, process gift amendments, and support the administration of income streams across the organisation.

To be an excellent Data Assistant, you will need:

• Experience with data processing and CRM (eg, Raiser’s Edge)
• Experience in processing donations (direct debits, card payments)
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, databases)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Salary: £ 30,000
Contract: Temporary
Location: Hybrid - London
