I am supporting a charitable organisation that have recently transitioned there current CRM and need additional support with their data workload. The Ideal candidate will have 1 – 2 years’ experience within a data environment and dealing with high volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience of loading data files into a CRM system and managing any exceptions from this process
- Ability to work to a high standard with an excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable working independently.
- Experience of providing support to end users through a ticketing system.
- Experience of working on/administering a database or CRM system (ideally Salesforce)
- Familiarity with SQL and ETL tools (they do not need to be highly experienced but have at least been exposed to it and/or have used it to run processes)
