JOB SPEC
Responsible for the management of the Trade customer database held on tracking system ensuring that all client information is current and accurate.
- Daily monitoring of the Customer database on tracking system ensuring that there are no duplicated Trade Accounts
- Complete a comprehensive investigation of all Trade Accounts to determine whether a Trade Account is deemed either active or inactive.
- After initial investigation contact all active Trade Accounts to:
- Update the clients’ details inc client type, main contact, address, telephone details, position and email address ensuring that every Trade account has a current designated Sales Department and colleague
- Complete a Client Investigation document for all active Trade Clients conducting research to understand the clients’ services and product requirements.
- Report weekly all findings to the Customer Service Manager
