As a DataLab Manager you are accountable for the DataLab performance, efficiency and quality standards. You establish, monitor and aim for improvements within the organisation processing capacities and you measure the performance of the DataLab team.
Job responsibilities
You lead, coach, manage, plan and support the dataLab team.
You ensure that company processing software can meet future demands.
You establish and guard, together with the team of Datalab Coordinators and Lead Project Data Coordinator, the processing procedures and standards to follow within the company.
You are responsible for departmental budget and year plan.
You report directly to the COO
CAPABILITY PROFILE; KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree (preferably Engineer) in a relevant scientific field
Affinity for Hydrographic, Geophysical & Geotechnical surveys, Offshore & Topography
Proficiency in dataLab management
QHSE knowlege: company policies, procedures and relevant documentation
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills (English and Dutch), both written and verbal
