Your role will be to help each person achieve their full potential through supporting them with their daily activities, and providing emotional support.
You will be committed in working to supporting people with a range of complex needs including: learning disabilities, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour, non-verbal communication and or autistic spectrum disorders.
We have full-time, part-time available with flexible working shifts

The role includes supporting clients to access our service Monday to Friday and help the with activities these are based on a farm and woodland.
this will include include cleaning out animals, feeding them watering them, gardening, playing games in the game room and developing and running activities. leading arts and crafts sessions, support off site trips to bowling, swimming, dance discos and other activities once a month. you will need to be a very fit and strong character and be skilled at adapting to new situations. training or experience in mapa training ( Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) disired
The successful applicant will need to have a full driving licence. as part of thoer job as the application will be responsible for the collection and return of clients from thier home in company cars.
The Times Required
Monday -Friday 8am – 4.30pm
