Our client is a leading 5 star Central London hotel, independently owned, with 120 luxury rooms and suites, located just a short walk from Covent Garden.
Staff are encouraged to be flexible and individual, working in a relaxed and stylish environment, providing next level service to the guests. An immediate start is available.
Your duties
- To be the first contact to hotel guests at main reception,offering a great welcome
- Assisting guests with their luggage as they arrive and depart
- Valet parking guest cars as requested, in the underground car park
- Delivering messages, parcels and help with any other requests
- Liaising with reception and other departments as required
Working hours
- 4 days on, 4 days off.
- Working 12-hour shifts either 8am to 8pm, 9am to 9pm, 10am to 10pm or 11am to 11pm, depending on the daily occupancy requirements.
About you
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or similar property
- Good level of English and well presented
- Committed to providing great guest service
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Over 25 years old due to the hotel motor insurance policy
