DBS has gone through a transition phase of moving Human Resources and Payroll application platforms to Oracle Cloud which has introduced new ways of working and managing future changes.
Change Delivery Services within Digital Information and Technology (DIT) is part of the department to facilitate updates from a Stakeholder’s change request through the lifecycle to the point of delivery and closure as a successful update.
This area works very closely with all involved in the delivery of the update from the stakeholder who makes the original update request, to Product Managers, Policy leads, Developers, Testers, and Release Manager.
