Responsibilities:
As a DC Pensions Consultant, reporting to the Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing a diverse client portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating and nurturing client relationships, attending meetings, and providing expert advice to meet client objectives.
- Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve team targets.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, with flexibility across various locations.
- Identifying and addressing risks, collaborating with management to implement effective risk management strategies.
- Overseeing revenue recognition and client billing processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop client communications materials.
- Pursuing continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices.
