MSXI are currently seeking an auditor and coach to join our nationwide team to carry out standards audits for multiple manufacturers in their sales and aftersales departments assessing compliance against the published brand standards.
The Role
The Dealer Standards Auditor and coach will need to be flexible, a quick learner, be prepared to travel with overnight stays when required.
Tasks contain:
- Working within a team looking after the car, truck, motorcycle and agriculture network.
- Learn and understand the manufacture standards.
- Implement, develop and maintain the audit activity plan ensuring all events take place on time, whilst maintaining and developing the standards required by the clients.
- Provide action plans defined by the brand, detailing any shortfalls, areas of improvement and the required rectification action.
- Monitor and ensure completion of follow-up actions and re-audits in line with the deadlines.
- Ensure a consistent, transparent and documented audit trail for all activities undertaken.
- Provide ongoing coaching where required, to ensure standards are met within the required timescales.
- Act as an Ambassador for MSXI, representing MSXI values and corporate standards.
About you
Our ideal Dealer Standards Auditor will have a good understanding of dealership management and have strong negotiation, influencing and coaching skills, also:
- Qualified ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001: 2015 would be an advantage.
- Have a good understanding of service, parts, sales and accident repair processes and procedures.
- Experience in leadership is necessary.
- Previous experience in auditing is an advantage.
- Ability to liaise and interact with all levels within the Retailer network.
- Be prepared to travel including overnight stays (Business expenses are covered for travel) – valid UK driving license is needed.
