Debt Advisor - Sales

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales person looking to further their career in financial services. We are recruiting for a full time Debt Advisor to work in an established team, to respond to leads for to individuals looking to reduce their monthly repayments with one single consolidated repayment.

This is a targeted sales role offerring a good basic salary plus realistic commission.

The ideal candidate will have a background in debt, or financial sales, loans, banking etc. and be able to understand the needs of customers whilst signing them up to the debt management plan,

Work 3/4 days a week in central Birmingham, work 1/2 days a week from home. Flexible working requests considered.

We are looking for confident communicators, with a desire to help and understand the needs of the customer. You will be motivated to find the best solution for the clients debt management needs, using good questioning techniques and excellent customer service, overcoming objections, and be able to recommend the best course of action for the customer.

This is a telephone based role, with some work on the database, dealing with customers concerning their financial situation. If the customer signs up to the Debt Management plan, the advisor is rewarded with bonus and incentive. The more people that you sign up, the more money you can earn. Provided that the solution is the correct one for the client, and adhering to all FCA guidelines.

This role would suit an experienced targeted customer service or sales advisor from a contact centre environment, who now wants a role where they can be a 'bigger fish in a smaller pond', receive more personalised training and help to support the team. An ability to work to targets, and be measured on output is sought.
