Description

• Manage and nurture Investor Relations, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a robust financial strategy for the company.
• Monitor market trends and developments in the industry.
• Prepare financial reports and present them to the board and investors.
• Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure financial compliance.
• Organise and lead investor meetings, conferences, and calls.
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plans.
• Ensure the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.

Profile

A successful Debt Investor Relations Manager should have:

• A strong educational & practical background in Accounting, commercial finance or Internal Audit.
