SalaryWe are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Birmingham, who are recruiting for a Debt Investor Relations Manager on a permanent basis. The position is available to start dependent on notice period and offers a salary of £46,400 - £58,000 (DOE).
This is a hybrid position and will require travel to the Birmingham office one day per week.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Deputising the Head of Treasury in their absence
Leading on stakeholder relationships for the three main credit rating agencies for the Group
Developing and implementing effective investor communication strategies and initiatives
Acting as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing queries and providing timely and accurate information
Preparing and distributing regular updates, performance reports, and other communications to investors
Overseeing the production of the lenders quarterly and annual reports, reviewing reports to ensure timely submissions and signing off final reports
