This is an exciting opportunity to Join the Debt Management team as a Debt Management Specialist, in a full-time position. As a team we ensure the accurate, complete, and timely reconciliation of Sky’s debt systems for both commercial and domestic customers. Supporting our external debt partners in managing our customer accounts.
What you'll do:
- Complete accurate reconciliations in line with business controls
- Identify, analyse, and take ownership for issues.
- Prioritise personal workload.
- Work both internally and with external stakeholders to improve processes.
- Trend analysis
- Compile accurate management information.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Participate in other activities in line with business needs.
What you'll bring:
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Enthusiasm and proactivity in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to grab new opportunities and learn new things.
- An affinity with data and be able to spot trends and improvements.
