AddressAnderson Knight is looking for a Debt Recoveries Analyst for one of our clients in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Debt Recoveries Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with customers. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Analyse and assess outstanding debts to develop effective recovery strategies.
- Contact and negotiate with debtors to establish repayment plans and agreements.
- Monitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information for debt recovery efforts.
- Prepare reports on debt recovery performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Debt Recoveries Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of debt recovery processes and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficient in using debt recovery software and Microsoft Office Suite.
