SalaryAre you an ambitious Debt Recovery Paralegal looking to build a career at a forward-thinking law firm in Bradford? Our client specialises in Debt Recovery and Litigation and prides themselves their specialist team and established client base. They are a small and growing firm based in the heart of Bradford and are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Paralegal to handle a busy commercial debt caseload, offering a personalised service to their customers while obtaining high recovery rates.
The firm work with a variety of clients from household names to SMEs. You will be offering a high level of service to clients and managing your own large caseload of commercial cases from pre-legal through to enforcement. You will be pursuing payments of outstanding debts, negotiating settlements, and resolving liability issues.
To be considered you will be experienced in Debt Recovery, ideally commercial debt, with detailed knowledge of legal procedures including claims, judgements, and enforcements. Your caseload will be between 200-300 files, and you will be familiar with high volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
Someone from a credit control background may also be considered.
