Decarbonisation Manager

A new position as a Decarbonisation Managerfor a leading Housing Association in Birmingham. reporting into the Head of Assets you will provocatively manage and coordinate the work of Trident Groups' surveying team, taking responsibility for the operational delivery of both responsive repairs, planned projects, Decarbonisation schemes across the organisations property stock.

Decarbonisation Manager duties:

• Manage Decarbonisation schemes
• Lead on on PAS 2035 and renewable energy schemes
• Tender and manage the external contractor on the planned maintenance streams
• Oversee the delivery of planned projects across the 3,400 stock
• Provide leadership and expert technical knowledge on surveying, building maintenance and investments
• Work alongside an Assistant Surveyor and a Compliance Team

Decarbonisation Manager requirements:

• Experience working with Contracts within Social Housing
• Experience with PAS 2035
• Experience with renewable energy schemes
• A good understanding of report writing
• Hold a degree or professional qualification in a related subject
