Salary is between £60,000 - £65,000 & Benefits Location - Edinburgh (Blended), 12 Month Fixed Term Contract You should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office, 1-2 days per week for this position. Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager). The Tesco Bank Finance team is split into 3 areas; Commercial Finance, Financial Control, and Treasury. In this role, within the Banking Commercial Finance team, your key business stakeholders will be the leadership teams and subject matter experts within the Chief Banking Office (CBO). You’ll have close connections to your finance colleagues looking after Savings, Lending and Money Services products but your day-to-day will be focusing on the staff and non-staff cost side of Credit Risk, Payments, Financial Difficulties (Collections & Recoveries), Product Marketing, and others within CBO. We need you to have • CIMA/ACCA/ICAS qualified, with finance business partnering experience. • Strong Excel skills, and proficient with PowerPoint. • Inquisitive mindset, able to find and develop insight from the numbers that can be used to influence decisions. • Able to work independently, and as part of a wider team. • Comfortable working with and influencing stakeholders up to senior management level. • Comfortable challenging decisions and ways of working, and adaptable in their own ways of working.
