Are you a Sunseeker Deck Fitter?

A Sunseeker Deck Fitter (Mechanical Fitter) will work across our extensive product range, completing large structure work packages such as flybridges, patio doors, spa tubs and wetbars. Deckfitters are responsible for the mechanical fitting of external components, such as handrails, anchors, cleats, and radar chairs. You will be working with a variety of materials, including GRP (glass reinforced plastic) and glass, using skills such as drill and tap with ease and efficiency.

  • Do you hold relevant previous experience in a mechanical fitting background?
  • Are you a confident user of hand drills and saws, possessing the knowledge to accurately drill and tap?
  • Can you use key dimensions to ensure flawless accuracy in measurement and levelling?
  • Have you undertaken basic carpentry projects using a wide range of tools and materials? One of the most essential skills is being able to scribe sheet materials.
  • Do you hold a working understanding of adhesives and sealants?

Our working patterns

  • Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30 | Overtime (x1.5) widely available
  • Night Shift | Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30
  • Weekday and weekend overtime is widely available, creating potential earnings of £40,000 per year for our top-rate colleagues.

You will be asked to select your preferred shift pattern during your application. Please note however that shift patterns are subject to availability and therefore are not guaranteed. Please speak to our Talent team if you have specific requirements.
