Deep Drainage/Pipelayer Ops

Drainage/Pipelayers – (Birmingham) – Fulltime

PAYE basis

On Offer:

• Rate of £19.63 per hour 
• Monday - Friday 10hr day/50hr week
• Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Overtime When Available:

• Weekdays & Nights – Time & Third Pay 
• Weekends – Time & A Half Pay 

Candidates must have:

• Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Drainage/Pipelayer operavtive 
• Experience of all aspects of drainage
• You will need to be able to work use and set up Trench Boxes , Drag Boxes, Manhole Boxes,Trench sheets & framing
• Use Laser Level 
• Lay concrete, clay & plastic pipes – all sizes - depths varying from 1 meter deep to 5 meter’s deep
• Ensuring pipes are laid to correct levels on correct bed – tested & backfilled to proper specification
• Benching to all manhole boxes
• CSCS Green Labourers Card with experience or a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card
• Manual handling

• Driving license
• Confined Space ticket 
• CAT & Genny ticket 
• Safe Digging ticket
