The Role:

• Contribute to the development and delivery of Mission Planning systems
• Support current Mission Planning & Control products programmes and future programs
• Engage in the entire product lifecycle, from requirements definition to certification activities
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, fostering effective relationships

• Manage a small team, ensuring project progress and on-time, on-cost delivery

What They Require:

• Competent development and management of a small engineering team
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Systems engineering background with lifecycle considerations
• Experience with hierarchical and traceable structure in requirements and design
• Proficiency with DOORS NG, IBM Engineering Workflow Management
• Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering and SysML (beneficial)
