SalaryOverview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Defence Sector Lead Generation Specialist. In this commission-only role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing leads within the defence and military sector. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work on a part-time basis to suit your schedule. After a successful 1-month trial period, there is potential for transitioning to a paid-per-hour structure.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify key decision-makers and potential clients within the defence and military sector.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with stakeholders to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the business development team to understand client needs and tailor Lead Generation strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals within the Defence Sector who invest in ventures and provide liquidity for transactions.
- Demonstrate proven deep experience within the Defence Sector, understanding its nuances and challenges.
- Stay informed about industry trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Utilize various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and industry publications, to expand the client base.
- Provide regular updates on Lead Generation activities and contribute to the overall business development strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven deep experience in Lead Generation within the defence and military sector.
- Established network and contacts within the industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
- Understanding of defence and military procurement processes is a plus.
Compensation: This is a commission-only position with the potential for significant earnings based on successful Lead Generation and conversion. Commission rates will be competitive and reflective of the size of the opportunities we engage with. After a successful 1-month trial period, there is potential for transitioning to a paid-per-hour structure.
