Top tier national firm based in Manchester is seeking to recruit an experienced casualty Fraud Solicitor to join their team. The team is very well regarded and here you will handle your own caseload of EL/PL fraud claims, focusing predominantly on multi track cases. As the team sits part of the wider commercial insurance team, there may also be opportunity to work on housing disrepair and property damage claims.
You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with minimum four years of experience handling your own caseload of litigated fraud claims. Whilst nor essential but supervisory experience would be beneficial.
