Your Role

As an Applications ConsultantDegree Apprentice, you will be working towards a full-time job and studying for a Digital and Technology Solutions Degree with our partner University. Working within Applications Management Services (AMS) across a huge spectrum of challenges, you will provide IT consultancy expertise that will transform how our clients conduct their day-to-day business. You will support live systems and applications and be expected to be able to assist Capgemini’s clients with answering queries, resolving issues and incidents in accordance with agreed SLAs and providing best practice where required. You may also be expected to work on requests for changes and enhancements always seeking to exceed client expectations.

Eligibility

  • 7 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English (4-9)
  • 3 A ‘levels A*-C or equivalent
  • Great problem-solving capabilities with a technical and logical thought process
  • Impressive communication skills, an ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines with the capacity to get to grips with what our clients need from their services and a resilience to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology, and the transformational impact it can have

Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last five years with no more than 3 consecutive months out of the country (to meet security clearance requirements). You should be flexible in your approach to work and willing to travel to Capgemini and clients’ sites.
