Our client are looking for a Operation Lead for a permanent position for an immediate start.
Job Purpose:
Lead the delegate area for assigned projects, overseeing event registration, attendee management, and technology services. Act as an ambassador for the organization and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance:
- Work closely with the governance team to ensure process compliance and data privacy.
- Follow all company processes and client-specific templates.
- Client Management:
- Lead client update calls and proactively resolve queries/challenges.
- Support in the preparation of RFP responses & pitch documents.
- Operations and Project Delivery:
- Attend 'kick-off' meetings and ensure project delivery within specified time frames.
- Travel to assist client events onsite, worldwide.
- Delegate Management-Specific:
- Prioritize and manage inboxes, create effective delegate communications, and handle event technology solutions.
- Proficient in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and industry-specific reports.
- General:
- Work collaboratively with teams and attend company training days and meetings as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills for database manipulation and clear communication.
