This position is newly defined and will become an integral part to a successful Delegated Authority team.
You will be integrated and work closely to support a specific underwriting division with the ongoing oversight of their binder book, attending coverholder meetings, and being the technical referral point for delegated queries.
Key responsibilities include;
- Onboarding delegated agreements including; pre-inception due diligence, engaging with internal stakeholders and ensuring sign off is completed
- Reviewing Delegated Authority agreements to ensure correct terms are in place
- Day-to-day support to ensure ongoing service of Delegated Authority arrangements including; distribution of regulatory and performance information
The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out coverholder due diligence at binder renewal and have onboarded new coverholders, although those with sound knowledge of delegated regulations and requirements will also be considered.
