Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the deli
- Overseeing inventory and ordering supplies
- Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met
- Training and supervising staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Handling cash transactions and balancing cash register at the end of the day
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food industry
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and products
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
