SalaryI’m working with a client who are specialists in the life sciences and insurance sectors. After winning some fantastic new contracts recently, they are now looking to expand their team.
They are looking for 2 Delivery Consultants to join them in the new year, and the best part is that you don’t need any experience for this one, so it’s a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the recruitment industry.
You’ll be responsible for finding, sourcing and placing candidates; in some cases with very short turnaround times of under 24 hours.
You’ll receive great training here and have direct access to the owner of the business, who has been there and done it, working his way up to now owning his own agency.
From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a base salary of between £20k (rising to £24k after probation) if you don’t have recruitment experience and between £25k – £30k if you are already in the industry.
You’ll work from the lovely offices in Hever, have a great commission scheme and free onsite gym membership (including sauna, hot tub, steam room too).
